When can I order?
Our limited time preorder is only from Saturday 12th September to Tuesday 22nd of September.
We unfortunately cannot provide a longer preorder window as we aim to get everything produced and ready to hand out at AUT by the Assignment date.
How do I track my order?
All orders are pre-orders and will be produced within the timeframe of 23rd September to the 23rd of October. All items are expected to be handed out in person between the 23rd and 27th of October.
What are your delivery options?
All items will only be handed out in person at AUT between 23rd and 27th of October. If there is any reason that you are unable to pick-up your purchase please contact our team.
What is your payment process?
Since we are a Student Company Simulation we have opted for bank transfer as our payment method. Once you have decided on your items email us with a screenshot of your cart and your full name. You will then receive an invoice email with the bank account number. Once you have made the payment and it has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
What is your returns policy?
All items are pre-order only and will be purchased from our manufacturers that way. We cannot refund your purchase, but can keep a hold of your item instead.
How do I return an item?
Contact one our team members and we can setup a time to take your item back.
